"Coffee Souls" explores how coffee beans from different parts of the world, with distinct taste profiles, can be visualized on a 3D website. The project creates a potential showcase for Bonanza Coffee Roasters, one of Berlin's first third-wave coffee brands. The aim of this study was to create an immersive website experience that aligns with Bonanza's simple, minimalistic brand identity while adding an engaging element to their digital presence.
The experience commences with six different coffee beans, inviting users to select the one that most appeals to them. Following their selection, users are directed to virtual flavor stages that reveal the beans' hidden flavors. The final stage depicts the coffee beans being freshly sealed into Bonanza Coffee's retail bags.
