In which ways can Meta Platforms balance information transparency and potentially harmful content posted by journalist media?

'The Flower of your Attention' is an interactive installation that connects digital attention to a physical presence. Visitors browse a newsfeed filled with stories of war, disaster, and crisis, while their reading habits and visual choices are silently tracked.
A single flower on the table quietly responds: rising when the reader engages with difficult news, fading when they scroll past and look away. The living object translates an invisible, everyday act – paying or withdrawing attention – into a gesture that can be witnessed.
Rather than moralising about doomscrolling or news avoidance, the installation makes a quieter proposition: that attention itself is a form of responsibility – and that noticing is already the beginning of change.
